As part of this expansion, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing innovative technical solutions to power our next generation of healthcare products.


About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the technical development of our projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions. You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive the adoption of best practices across the engineering team.


Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable code.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.


Architecture & Innovation

  • Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable systems.
  • Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product functionality and performance.
  • Drive innovation in AI/ML-powered applications and ensure they align with business goals.


Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical growth and productivity.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Implement and advocate for agile practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.


Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript (Node.js, React), Python, or Java.
  • Experience with web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and software development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.


Preferred:

  • Experience with AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Hands-on experience with building SaaS platforms or marketplace applications.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen interest in the healthcare technology space.
