Instructional Design Manager

Scope of the role:
The client is seeking a technical instructional design manager with exceptional creative visual design skills and proven corporate experience to design and develop instructor-led courseware
Main Responsibility and Activities:
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
- Applying tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods
- Working with subject matter experts and identifying the target audience’s training needs
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.)
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
Education Qualification & Skills Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing instructor-led technical course content within a global, multi-cultural, corporate setting.
- Expertise in visual design, including the creation of visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively use shapes, icons, images, graphics, color schemes, animations, and white space.
- The candidate must have a strong eye for detail and proficiency in visual design, including the ability to craft clean, modern, and visually stimulating slides and materials.
- Strong ability to write engaging copy, instructional text, and audio/video scripts.
- Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written, for conveying complex solutions.
- Solid understanding of enterprise-level IT/OT network architecture and topology.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with network devices such as firewalls, routers, and load balancers.
