This role will primarily focus on managing government tendering processes, penetrating government accounts with regards to procuring marketing platforms such are Metro Branding, Railway Stations, State Transport Services etc. and fostering strong relationships with government agencies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of government procurement processes, and the ability to navigate complex bureaucratic environments. A liaison professional in a BSI will deal with tenders related to advertising, branding, and promotional services.



Government Tendering: Lead the company's efforts in responding to government tenders, including researching opportunities, preparing proposals, and submitting bids within specified deadlines.


Compliance: Ensure all tendering activities comply with relevant government regulations, policies, and procedures. Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust strategies accordingly.


Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies. Act as the primary point of contact for government officials and represent the company's interests effectively.


Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for targeting government contracts. Identify opportunities for growth in the government sector and devise strategies to capitalize on them.


Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tendering activities, including proposal documents, correspondence with government agencies, and contract agreements. Prepare regular reports on tendering performance and outcomes.


Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in government procurement. Use insights to refine tendering strategies and enhance competitiveness.


Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to internal teams involved in the tendering process. Offer training sessions to enhance their understanding of government procurement procedures and best practices.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration (or a related field)

Min 6-8 Years in a similar role/industry

Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel is a Must)
