Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founders Office position at Quick Clean Laundry Solutions in Gurugram. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to office management, communication with stakeholders, scheduling meetings and appointments, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting the founders in various projects.


Project Management

• Assisting in planning and executing strategic projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

• We work heavily in Asana. Previous experience of the tool would be great, but isn't essential. What's more important is a desire to engage with the Asana processes that are crucial to the business and to be diligent about updating deadlines and sharing information in the right places.

Tracking progress on various initiatives and reporting on key metrics. Specifically, reviewing reports from Google Analytics to determine which bits of Sales & Marketing are/aren't working in order to make recommendations for changes. N.b. This doesn't require experience with Google Analytics, we'll get someone to set up the tags and to set the reports to generate, this is more about the analysis.

Communication

• Managing relationships with some external contractors, experts for small, one-off tasks.

• Ability to build relationships with Partners, specifically other Fractional Execs and Investors/ Accelerators/Incubators.


Requirements - What we're looking for:

• I cannot emphasise enough how much attention to detail matters to me.


Things like using the right fonts and the right colours, spell-checking and grammar-checking, updating deadlines, communicating via the right tool for the situation, and being on time for meetings.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal: this business will be built on relationships and reputation and we're professional but approachable.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative, whilst being keen to communicate.

• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to pivot quickly.

• Problem-solving: A proactive approach to challenges, with the ability to think critically and find solutions.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: An interest in startups, innovation, and the drive to contribute to the success of the company.

Special Projects you'll be part of :

• Creating physical materials for workshops, like flashcards and branded items like stickers and planners.

• Writing content for the website if there's something you're particularly interested in.

• Making Canva graphics for content.

• Producing and editing video content, including course content.

• Working on app development.

• Organising events.

• Analysing investment decks.

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field



Work Schedule

•10:00 pm - 7:00 pm IST)
