At Tata Elxsi, you matter.We are looking for a bright and passionate BIW Design Engineer with the skills belowJob Location - BangaloreExperience - 3 to 6 yearsRoles and ResponsibilitiesCAD modelling and drawing creation of BIW panels and assemblies in NX.Concept proposal, creating or updating master sections, Packaging study, Interference check.Creation of joining elements for the assembly e.g. Spot welds, bolted joints, etcShould be able to resolve the issues received from CAE, manufacturing feasibility, etcInteract with cross function teams, manufacturing vendors.Adherence of QMS process.Preferred SkillsExperience in product design for BIW component/Assemblies.Knowledge of product design for casting component will be added advantage.Should be able to apply GD&T at Individual part and subassembly/System Level.Experience working on door design, door hinge designs will be added advantage.Experience in DFMEA, PPAP, etcSoftware – NX (Must)PLM tools- Team Center, etc
