We are an Agency Based in the UAE and India Providing Content Services to Large YouTube Channels in the Youtube Automation / CashCow industry.

Searching for a candidate who can Manage Freelancers and Teams for one Part of our Production Process Which is Script Writing. This Candidate has to Look after these Freelancers and Review their Quality as well as Assign them works as Per the Availability.

The Script Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of script production. This multifaceted position involves managing the constant flow of projects into production, ensuring client order preferences are met, coordinating with production teams to maintain quality, managing the team force effectively, and delivering prompt reports for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Flow Management:

• Oversee the entire script production process from conception to completion.

• Coordinate with writers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure a constant and efficient flow of projects into production.

• Prioritize and schedule projects based on client preferences and organizational goals.

2.Client Order Preferences:

• Work closely with clients to understand and document their specific preferences for script content and style.

• Communicate client preferences to the production team and ensure adherence to these preferences throughout the script development process.

3. Quality Coordination:

• Collaborate with various production teams (writers, editors, and other relevant departments) to maintain and enhance the quality of scripts.

• Implement quality control measures and feedback loops to address issues and continuously improve the script production process.

• 4.Team Force Management:

• Build and lead a dynamic team of scriptwriters, editors, and other production staff.

• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain optimal workflow.

5. Reporting:

• Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on script production metrics, project status, and quality assurance.

• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for efficiency.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for script production.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure scripts meet organizational standards and client expectations.

• Proactively address and resolve quality issues through feedback and process adjustments.

7. Web Application Management:

• Utilize the Web Application as the primary workspace for project management.

• Effectively manage the Web Application, assign tasks, and track progress.

• Ensure that freelancers are aligned with project timelines and expectations on the Web Application.

8• ⁠⁠Freelancer Assignment:

• Assign tasks to freelancers based on their expertise and workload capacity.

• Provide clear instructions and guidelines for each assignment to ensure accurate and high-quality script delivery.

• Proven experience in script management or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of the creative content industry and scriptwriting processes.

Here are the basic Requirements :

1. Needs to be Very Responsive

2. Needs to be very Fluent in English

3. Has to be very Cooperative with the Co-workers.

4. Fast Decision Making.

5. Checking if the Scripts are up to the Client requirements

6. Active on Whatsapp / Web Application.

7. Needs to Get on Calls with the Freelancers Weekly and Provide them Training.
