Job Introduction

Looking for beginners for Account Executive/Accounts Assitant role.

Job Overview

  1. Must have team handling experience.
  2. Must know Billing & Credit notes.
  3. Clients & Vendor Ledger maintained in Zoho books.
  4. Ensure timely follow-up with clients as per defined terms and conditions in the proposal.
  5. Must know about Agreements, SLA & all other documents.
  6. Must have good experience in dealing with foreign & Indian clients.
  7. Must have an understanding of GST, TDS & TCS & their compliances.
  8. Month closing Activities like checking the sheets & billing data, and analysing the mismatch data while billing.
  9. Assist in maintaining all the sheet data regularly like AR & Billing reports.
  10. Verify the Accuracy of all data maintained by the team and generate the reports.
  11. Must have good communication skills & Excel Knowledge.
  12. Must have an understanding of preparing the various reports as per the requirement from Management such as Revenue & collection Report, Billing Analysis report & Dues Report etc.
  13. Must have experience in dealing with the Banking process for any type of work.
  14. Ensure the accuracy of all the data maintained by the team.

Job Qualification

  1. Good to have exposure to Zoho books or any other related software experience.
  2. Good to have exposure to other Analytical tools like Tableau & SAP.
