Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Ecommerce Specialist.

The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks related to managing and optimizing the company's ecommerce platform.

This includes managing product listings, monitoring customer orders and inquiries, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service.

This is work from Office Job Only.

Its 10 Hours work Profile ,working on Saturdays and most Public Holidays.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Experience in managing an ecommerce platform
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the mobile accessories industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
