Immediate hiring of Human Resources Executive for Bangalore Central Race Course Road Head Office For Corporate Human Resources Team.


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the HR manager & Team on either / all of the following functions:


  • Consult managers to gather inputs on manpower requirements and job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, Linkedin other job portals and respond to all the candidate in a timely manner.
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking
  • Conduct telephone interviewing while working closely with the manager on hiring, recruiting and other human resources development goals.
  • Excellent written communication for job description development and to ensure that all responses are sent to the applicants, approving / rejecting candidates as per requirements and moving them to the next phase to set up Interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and follow-ups with the candidates to ensure that the human resources development goals of the organization are met.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Assist the manager on all Hr Policies, New Hires Onboarding and Training, Telephone Interviewing, Exit Interviews and all other HR Functions.
  • Sales Recruitment, College Recruitment, Recruitment Advertisement, Salary Negotiations,

  1. Have Excellent Interpersonal skills and Impeccable English.
  2. Are available for full-time (in-office) at our race course road head office in Bangalore. You must stay / should be willing to relocate within 30 minutes of travel time to our office.
  3. Have completed their graduation / MBA HR and are available for a duration of 6 months after which we will absorb them into a full time HR Executive / HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive role.
  4. Can start the internship immediately


Stipend


The Fixed Salary will be increased after the initial probation period of 6 Months based on your performance and will exceed ₹25000 Per Month upon completion of this initial period. The Starting Fixed Initial Salary will be ₹10000 PM (Rupees Ten Thousands) Plus Additional Incentives based on your manager's Ratings for the Initial 6 Months Period.
