Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Serves as customer facing project management resource
  2. Responsible for coordinating with the Operations/Sourcing team to ensure that the entire scope of supply is correctly fulfilled. Co-ordinating with other engineering disciplines and understanding the scope of work.
  3. Preparing, reviewing technical documents, drawings and specifications. Develop project plans, including timelines, resources and budget requirement.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the projects
  5. Experience in several industries like pharma, food, chemical, Oil and gas, warehouses etc.
  6. Overseeing the installation, testing and commissioning of projects, ensuring compliance with quality standard. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion.
  7. Collaborate with the internal and external/site team to optimize work performance and efficiency
  8. Provide technical supports and guidance to project team members
  9. Maintain documents and records of project activities, including drawings, specification, revisions and reports
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations and safety guidelines
  11. Coordinating with HCT service team for the scheduling of commissioning for the Dehumidifier
  12. For turnkey projects, project planning, project governance and supervision of the vendors.
  13. Creates formal documentation (can include system configuration documentation, test documentation, and support documentation).
  14. Very Important: Provides pre-commissioning checklists to customers. Ensuring that conditions in the checklist are met before the DH commission team’s travel to site. Promote knowledge transfer to Munters colleagues at official meetings to influence positive change and strengthen the team's performance
  15. Stay abreast (through self-initiated learning) of the latest technology trends in the industry, while Company will provide training as necessary for Munters products and service routines. Understand and comply with established guidelines that ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Coordinates closely and in confidence with company staff & our business partners (could be a sub-contracted supplier or labour contractor for example) to provide exemplary project experience to customers.
  16. Work with the engineering team to ensure customer project requirements are met. Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required. Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies
  17. Submit quarterly customer visit plans, schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up.


Experience and Skills required:

  1. Previous work experience in maintenance of Dehumidifier machines
  2. Good understanding of the psychometrics
  3. Fair knowledge of HVAC low side work & controls
  4. HVAC project experience in mechanical and electrical related fields.
  5. Attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities.
  6. Proven experience in HVAC projects, service sales

Customer Project Management Skills


Key Competencies:

  1. Knowledge of lifting & shifting for heavy machinery
  2. Escalation management.
  3. Knowledge and interpretation of wiring diagrams
  4. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.


Language Skills required:

English (Both Speak & Write)

Hindi (Speak)


Academic Background:

B.E/Deploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
