Our mission is to foster a love for learning in children by offering high-quality and technology led educational resources and tools.Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually appealing and educational content for young children. This role involves working closely with our content development team to produce engaging illustrations, videos, and animations that align with our educational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Design and create illustrations for educational content, including characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements.Create motion graphics and animations for educational videos.Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products.Collaborate with the content development team to understand project requirements and educational goals.Enhance videos with graphics, sound effects, music, and voiceovers.Ensure all visual content aligns with Beanstalkedu.com’s brand guidelines and educational standards.Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in illustration, video editing, and motion graphics.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Illustrator, Motion Graphics Designer, and Video Editor.Proficiency in illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from team members.Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in creating educational content for children.Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.Familiarity with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of early childhood education.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.
