About The Pink Project The Pink Project is a social impact initiative by Inali Foundation. The project operates water filtration and distribution plants that provide affordable purified drinking water while promoting dignity and inclusion.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Representative to help expand our network of local shop partners who sell 20L purified water jars. You’ll be the key link between our mission and the local market — creating awareness, building partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution on the ground.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and visit general stores, kirana shops, eateries, and other local vendors.Pitch and onboard shops to sell 20L purified water jars at ₹10 per jar.Convert shops into long-term partners (minimum 10 jars/day commitment).Coordinate with the operations team for daily supply and order execution.Maintain accurate records of partner shops, confirmed orders, and feedback.Compensation & Benefits💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience & achievements) 🎯 Incentives: Attractive performance-based bonuses for high conversions and consistent sales.Who Can Apply✅ 3–4 years of experience in field sales / FMCG / local B2B sales ✅ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills ✅ Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented personality ✅ Comfortable with local travel within Talegaon & Somathane Phata📩 Interested?
