Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and efficient applications using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
  • Utilize data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas) and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis, manipulation, and visualization.
  • Implement and manage solutions across various database technologies including Oracle, Azure SQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Apply Generative AI techniques and tools to enhance application functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and set deliverables.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to continually improve processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Project Lead with a strong background in Python.
  • Demonstrated expertise in web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Extensive experience with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas) and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Proficiency with at least one of the following databases: Oracle, Azure SQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Minimum 3 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their associated services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus.
