About Role:

As part of our talented team, you will collaborate with photographers, models, and other creative professionals to ensure each shoot is styled to perfection.


Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Stylist at Seller Square. The Stylist will be responsible for creating and curating visually appealing and on-brand styling for product shoots, collaborating with the creative team, and ensuring the overall aesthetic quality of the content produced.


Role Responsibilities for Studio Stylist:


  1. Fashion Styling:
  2. Collaborate with the styling team to conceptualise and execute fashion looks for various projects.
  3. Assist in selecting clothing and accessories to create on-trend and visually appealing outfits.
  4. Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into styling concepts to keep the projects fresh and contemporary.


  1. Product Styling:
  2. Work closely with photographers and creative teams to style products for e-commerce and other commercial shoots.
  3. Ensure that products are styled in a way that enhances their visual appeal, highlighting their best features.
  4. Contribute creative ideas for product styling to align with brand aesthetics and improve marketability.


  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  2. Coordinate effectively with photographers, models, and other team members to ensure the desired aesthetic is achieved.
  3. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas to enhance the visual outcome of each project.
  4. Maintain open communication with the team to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality results.


  1. Moodboard Creation:
  2. Create moodboards to visualise and communicate the creative direction of styling projects.
  3. Collaborate with the client to align on their creative and brand vision, ensuring it is effectively realised through styling and execution.
  4. Use mood boards to guide the creative process, ensuring consistency and alignment with the project’s goals.


  1. Learning and Development:
  2. Seek feedback from senior stylists and industry professionals to continuously improve styling skills and techniques.
  3. Attend workshops and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, ensuring continuous growth in the role.


Qualifications:


  1. Degree or certification in fashion styling, design, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of professional styling experience in a studio environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of current fashion and product styling trends.
  4. Ability to create mood-boards and align with client brand vision.
  5. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  6. Attention to detail and adaptability on set.
  7. Ability to collaborate with creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry best practices.
  9. Exposure to photography and editing is a plus.
