We are looking for a creative and passionate Store Stylist for our retail location in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in encapsulating the essence of Aumbre Story's vision within our store, ensuring that our products are displayed in a manner that not only inspires but also engages our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


Visual Styling: Craft visually appealing displays that resonate with Aumbre Story's brand ethos. Continually update displays to maintain customer interest and highlight new products.

Customer Engagement: Assist customers in product selection and provide styling advice, helping them envision how our products can enhance their spaces.

Moodboard Creation: Skillfully create curated and customized moodboards for customers, aiding them in visualizing their selections and how they harmonize in their spaces.

Product Knowledge: Gain extensive knowledge of our product range, understanding the features, benefits, and styling opportunities.

Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in home decor and soft furnishings, and incorporate these insights into store displays and customer consultations.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the store team to balance inventory and space constraints, optimizing the store's visual appeal.

Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback on displays and product range, providing valuable insights to the management for ongoing enhancement.


Qualifications:


- A degree in Design, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Prior experience working in furniture, interior design, home furnishing, or decor stores.

- A strong creative flair and an eye for aesthetic detail.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.

- Knowledgeable about current interior design trends and a keen interest in home decor.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
