Please find details below:Role: Service ManagementExp: 4 to 6 YearsLocation: BangaloreVenue: TCS BangaloreAddress: TCS L-Centre, Plot No.78, 79 & 83,EPIP Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bangalore - 560066JD:Participate in postmortem meetings and drive service providers to identify root cause including well defined corrective/preventive action plansManage problem record lifecycle by ensuring that respective Incidents, Problems or Changes are identified, recorded, and tracked to resolution in line with agreed resolution plansStrong exposure to Service Now with a clear understanding of how tools should be used to support problem management process activitiesPro- actively identify operational issue and trendsProvides appropriate reporting and drive resolution working directly with Service ProvidersMonitor’s problem management performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Facilitates and participates in problem management meetings with focus on recent major incidents, RCA status, incident trending, and operational issuesCreating and updating of Problem RecordsOrganizing and chairing Problem Investigation and Problem Review MeetingsDriving investigations to identify the root cause of Problems, mitigating actions and service improvement initiatives (Including People, Process and Technology elements)Documents to Carry:1.TCS application form available on iBegin2. PAN/Aadhaar or any other Government ID Proof.3.
