Position Title: Contract Expert (Systems)
Project: Chennai Metro
Location: Chennai
Experience Required:
Overall Experience 20+ years, Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in metro rail projects handling multiple System Contracts (Rolling Stock, Signalling and Telecom, Power supply and OHE, Lift and Escalator, Platform Screen Doors, MEP, AFC, Depot equipment Etc..,) and possessing extensive knowledge and expertise in FIDIC (Construct only and Design & Build) contract conditions.
Must have handled minimum 2-3 metro rail projects in his/her career.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for Tender Preparation, Evaluation of the Bids, award of the Contract, and managing and administrating contracts for the successful completion of the Project.
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E. In Civil Engineering.
