Job description

This role blends deep data analytics expertise with client-facing consulting. You will be responsible for uncovering actionable insights from marketing campaign data, crafting compelling narratives, and presenting these findings to both existing and prospective clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating the value of data-driven decision-making and helping clients optimize their marketing strategies.


Role & responsibilities


  • Analyse complex marketing campaign data, identify trends and patterns, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports that clearly communicate data-driven insights and proposed solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor data analysis and reporting to their specific needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data and insights to improve client marketing performance and propose innovative solutions to address challenges.
  • Develop and present data-driven solutions to complex marketing problems, providing clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Take initiative to ideate and develop new data-driven solutions for clients, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Pitch data-driven marketing solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and demonstrating expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  • Contribute to the development of new data analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and marketing.
  • Create comprehensive Statements of Work (SoWs) for various RFPs, suggest business and Analytics solution ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal capabilities.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, including experience with tools like Power BI, SQL Server, Excel, and Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and interpret trends and patterns in data.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex data challenges.
  • Experience working directly with clients, preferably in a consulting or sales capacity.
  • A passion for data and its potential to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
