Your Responsibilities:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Team Manager to establish and lead our new marketing team in India. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and expanding our presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing management and a proven track record of success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Building: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing marketing team, including Industry Marketing Managers and Content Marketing Managers.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive industry marketing plans tailored to specific sectors.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM strategies for targeted enterprise and small to medium-sized companies.
  • Data Management: Oversee data cleaning and enrichment processes for account and contact information to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: a minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience, with a focus on team leadership and strategic planning. Proven track record as a manager is a plus.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative marketing strategies.
  • Proven Effectiveness: Proven track record in marketing effectiveness, ideally within the workforce management industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of industry marketing, content marketing, and account-based marketing.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work at CET Times to effectively interact with the HQ in Germany
