We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Growth & Optimization Manager to join our growing team at Nanobag, the creator of innovative ultralight reusable bags. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive our digital growth, improve conversion, and optimize operations. We manufacture ultralight bags and backpacks and sell them predominantly online through our own Shopify website and Amazon. Our mission is to make the most practical bags in the world, and we plant one tree for every bag sold.Website: www.nanobag.comCore Responsibilities Team ManagementOrganize and manage efforts between multiple teamsDevelop and implement internal processesWebsite & Conversion OptimizationDrive website performance and optimize the customer journeyImplement CRO strategies and A/B testingManage product listings and on-site merchandisingData & Performance AnalysisAnalyze Shopify and advertising data to guide strategyGenerate reports and insights from marketing and sales performanceIdentify growth opportunities based on data trendsRequired QualificationsExperience & EducationBachelor’s degree in Management, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising or a related field1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or operationsSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/SheetsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsFully remote work environmentCompetitive salaryProfessional development opportunities
