We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Growth to drive our company's expansion and increase our market share. This role will focus on developing and executing growth strategies, leading marketing and sales efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and channels for growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Sales Management:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to improve sales processes and outcomes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Product and Customer Experience:
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the product aligns with market needs and growth objectives.
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction to drive retention and referrals.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make informed decisions.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and success.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to the founders and executive team on growth performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8 to 14 years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, sales, or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
