Inviting applications for the role of a Transformation Consultant


Responsibilities

• As a part of a core engagement team working on strategy and transformation agenda for life insurers - projects range from insurance operations due diligence, crafting strategy for digital and data enabled transformation with focus on rapid value creation.

• Develop relationships and trust with client counterparts

• Develop winning digital transformation, customer experience or automation/digitization proposals.

• Sustainable delivery by embedding automation, streamline processes

• Initiate improvements in Operations and Financial Processes through Lean Techniques

• This role will have utilization (billability) targets


Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Experience in digital strategy design, implementation, or digital transformations.

• Experience in project management - preferably in an agile environment.

• Expertise in customer journey and processes mapping, design, and digital re-engineering.

• Sufficient knowledge to help build and refine consulting frameworks around automation and digitization of processes, technology, and people to enable clients create enhanced B2C/B2B customer journeys or digital products, applications and touchpoints.

• Proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Strong drive to excel professionally

• Proficiency in insurance domain, preferably US markets

• Ability to develop good client relationships and adept at consultative selling

• Strong project management skills.

• A bachelor's degree (a master's degree will be an advantage).

• Work experience in consulting (preferred) or top investment and leading corporates.

• Work experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale transformation.
