Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon PPC & Account Manager with expertise in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, improving account performance, and driving growth on Amazon India and international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.). The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to manage client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon PPC Management:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximize ROAS and minimize ACOS.
  • Can Create Detailed Listing, Do Amazon Seller Registration, Take Brand Approval and Category Approval.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, bid optimization, and audience targeting to enhance ad performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and make strategic adjustments.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve ad creatives, listings, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with Amazon's advertising algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Amazon Account Management:

  • Manage end-to-end account operations for Amazon India and international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.).
  • Optimize product listings (SEO, content, images, A+ content) to improve rankings and sales.
  • Handle inventory planning, demand forecasting, and ensure seamless supply chain management.
  • Resolve account health issues, policy violations, and performance notifications.
  • Track sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to implement data-backed improvements.

Client & Communication Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Provide clients with performance reports, growth strategies, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (graphic designers, content writers) to enhance brand presence.
  • Present detailed analytical reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in Amazon PPC and Account Management (India and/or Global marketplaces).
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon advertising tools, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement strategic improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot account issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Adaptability: A proactive approach to learning and adapting to Amazon's ever-changing ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing multi-marketplace accounts (US, UK, EU, etc.).
  • Knowledge of DSP (Demand Side Platform) advertising is a bonus.
