Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of UX/UI designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development support.
  • Drive the UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of UX documentation, such as personas, user journeys, and wireframes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and apply them to our product design strategy.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UX Manager, leading a team of designers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
  • Experience with user research techniques and usability testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Portfolio of previous design projects demonstrating your UX/UI expertise.
