Objective: This role requires a dynamic individual who can blend the art of content creation with the science of SEO and video marketing, making them a key player in driving the company’s online visibility and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute YouTube-focused video marketing strategies, creating engaging content aligned with brand messaging and product launches.
  • Actively participate on-camera, collaborate with production teams on scripting, storyboarding, and directing, while optimizing titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for maximum visibility.
  • Leverage YouTube Analytics for performance insights, make data-driven improvements, and repurpose videos across platforms like social media and blogs to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Write supporting content for video marketing, including scripts, blog posts, and social media copy, enhancing video reach.
  • Develop compelling, conversion-driven product page content optimized for search engines, ensuring both engagement and SEO performance.
  • Stay updated with trends and experiment with new formats to boost audience interaction.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Video & Content marketing.
  • Proven track record in YouTube video marketing, including on-camera work and content ideation.
  • Experience in creating content for product pages and supporting video marketing efforts through written content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A plus:
  • Experience with video editing software is a plus.
  • Proficient in using YouTube Studio and other video-related analytics tools.
