Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Course Coordinator at The Incredible Life Academy. As a Course Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing various day-to-day tasks related to course management. This includes organizing schedules, counselling students, registering students, increase admission, managing instructors, assisting with curriculum development, coordinating logistics for workshops, and providing support to learners.


  • Provide career counselling and guidance to students
  • Coordinate courses and learners activities
  • Maintain and organize files and records
  • Manage branch coordination and ensure smooth communication between departments
  • Monitor and maintain attendance records
  • Manage CRM
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs
  • Serve as the company’s point of contact/interface for learners, handling their admissions and retention
  • Select, onboard, and coordinate vendors for timely execution of processes and jobs
  • Scheduling workshops and coordinating logistics.
  • Managing course materials and ensuring they are up-to-date.
  • Assisting trainers and providing support to learners.
  • Providing career counselling and guidance to students.
  • Registering students and managing their records.
  • Managing instructors and assisting with curriculum development.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between departments.
  • Maintaining and organizing files and attendance records.
  • Managing CRM and handling student inquiries and retention.
  • Selecting, onboarding, and coordinating vendors for timely execution of processes.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in educational/Coaching centers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
  • Self-initiated and responsible, with the ability to adapt and provide solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for personal growth and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in creative fields or entrepreneurship is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct research and gather relevant information.
  • Experience or knowledge in the field of education and training coordination.
