Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Compliance officer at Assotech Ranchi. The Compliance officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct. They will develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, conduct regular audits, and provide training and guidance to employees. The Compliance officer will also assist in investigating and resolving compliance issues and promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field
  • Professional certification in compliance is a plus


Salary: Upto 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA
