Position Overview:


As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. You will be responsible for leading the development of our SaaS product, both front end and back end, from conception through to launch and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup at the ground level and be instrumental in its growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of our SaaS product, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.


  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with other co-founders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals.


  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the company, including technology roadmap and product strategy.


  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure the highest quality product.


  • Customer Focus: Engage with early users and customers to gather feedback and iterate on the product to meet market needs.


  • Scalability: Develop scalable infrastructure and processes to support rapid growth and expansion.


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in SaaS product development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.


Technical Expertise: Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development technologies. Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools.


Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.


Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.


Startup Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for startups and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present.


Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
