Ideal candidate should have experience in leading and managing greenfield unit from Polymer or Chemical industry

Key Responsibility

  • Operational Management across export-oriented Manufacturing Industry.
  • Responsible for Safety, Delivery, Quality, Compliance, Customer service and stake holder management
  • Implement operational strategies to optimize manufacturing processes to increase process efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Techno commercial functions including budgeting and costing exercise
  • Ability to build teams and develop excellent interpersonal relationship with employees and managers
  • Great communication skills and IT knowledge
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills


Essentials

  • B tech / M tech - Polymer/Chemical/Mechanical
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Polymer/Chemical industry
  • At least 5 years in leadership role
  • Capability to build an green field unit to a commercially viable business unit
  • Excellent communication and high ownership
  • Result oriented, go getter attitude.

Preferred

Experience of managing Nitrile Gloves unit will be an added advantage
