Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additional duties involve networking to identify talent pools and keeping up-to-date with recruitment trends. Qualifications Experience in talent sourcing, screening, and conducting interviewsProficiency in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systemsStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requisitionsExposure to recruitment trends and networking platformsFamiliarity with HR practices and local employment regulationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field6 months to 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
