Company Name: Net2SourcePosition Name- Team Lead- US StaffingLocation – Noida (Onsite)Shift Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM ISTAbout Position:Net2Source is hiring a dynamic Team Lead – US Staffing to support our Fortune 500 clients in the US market, primarily working with Implementation Partners. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters while actively contributing to sourcing, screening, evaluating, and submitting candidates across diverse IT skill sets.Eligibility Criteria:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Technical Recruiters to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets are met.Review team submissions, provide quality checks, and guide team members on improving candidate pipelines.Ensure smooth coordination between recruiters, account managers, and client teams (including Implementation Partners).Work closely with Implementation Partners on requirements, candidate expectations, and submission quality.Participate in full-cycle US recruitment: sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery on all assigned requisitions.Develop targeted sourcing strategies for the US market using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring skill sets.Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting top US talent.Requirements:Promote Net2Source’s brand as a top employer in the staffing industry.Conduct detailed job and task analyses to understand client hiring needs.Stay updated with the latest trends in US recruitment, taxation, visa rules, and market demands.Conduct pre-screening calls, evaluate technical/non-technical capabilities, and negotiate compensation.Perform structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural screening.Familiarity with ATS systems, resume databases, and job boards used in US staffing.Why Net2Source | Employee Benefits:At Net2Source, we believe that when we take care of our people, they naturally take care of the business.
