BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB ROLES:
1. Leads follow up and CRM updates.
2 Client consultation
3. Site visit
4. Estimate preparation.
5. Coordination with designers and clients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify target markets, key clients, and potential business opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
3. Business Development
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
SKILLS:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of the interior design industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
