The company leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to make medical coding and workflow automation faster, smarter, and more accurate.Location: BengaluruExperience: 2–4 yearsRole: Product DesignerProduct Designer – Job OverviewWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our client’s team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive, scalable user experiences for enterprise SaaS and AI-powered products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to craft elegant design solutions that simplify complex workflows for enterprise users.Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for B2B SaaS and AI-based products.Translate business and data insights into user-friendly design solutions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system across the product ecosystem.Balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility in design decisions.Required Qualifications:2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise product environment.Strong understanding of designing for AI-powered workflows, dashboards, or automation tools.Hands-on experience with Figma (preferred) or similar design tools.Proven ability to simplify complex systems through thoughtful design.Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and information architecture.Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with design systems and front-end design tools (e.g., Zeplin, Storybook) is a plus.
