Key Deliverables:


  • Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure( Activate/ Passive network)
  • Ensure the security of IT systems, data integrity, and network connectivity.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Configuration Knowledge on all Firewalls, routers, Managed switches, SD-WAN, Access points, NAS servers,…
  • Macbook Laptop and desktop troubleshooting knowledge.
  • O365 Knowledge

 

Technical Support:

 

  • Collect the technical IT-related requirements from the client.
  • Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage the team, ensuring timely and effective responses to IT-related queries.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized support and maintenance.
  • Assist in the training and development of IT personnel.


Key Competencies and skills:


  • Proven experience in an IT supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good project management skills and experience with IT project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
