PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES • Designing comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business objectives, target audience demographics, and market trends, integrating both Google Ads and influencer marketing channels. • Creating, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms such as Google Search, Display Network, and YouTube to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. • Identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with relevant influencers and content creators to leverage their reach and credibility in promoting the company's products or services. • Collaborating with influencers and content creators to develop authentic and engaging content that resonates with their audience while aligning with the brand's messaging and objectives. • Strategically allocating advertising budgets across Google Ads and influencer marketing initiatives to achieve desired performance metrics. • Monitoring the performance of advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels, and making data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness. • Ensuring compliance with advertising regulations, platform policies, and ethical guidelines in all advertising and influencer marketing activities. • Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for future optimizations and strategies.
Qualifications
1. Masters or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. 6-9 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
3. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on Google platforms, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization.
4. Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.
5. Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Google ads and other Third-Party Apps (Google Analytics).
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
