ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Business Head, you will be a key driver of growth and success at TartanHQ. You will be responsible for leading our go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development and Partnerships:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise, startup, and mid-stage clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement efficient systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in the SaaS, Fintech or banking industry is mandatory.
  • Sales Experience: Must have a Software Sales and Enterprise Sales experience along with a good network.
  • Ready To Travel: This role may require travel inter/intra-city up for up to 50% of the time for client visits.
