The Pastry Chef will also manage inventory, monitor supplies, and oversee the kitchen operations to provide a seamless dining experience for customers.QualificationsExpertise in Bakery, Baking, and Cooking techniquesProficiency in Food Preparation and general Culinary SkillsCreativity and a strong understanding of taste profiles for dessert innovationAbility to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standardsExperience working in a professional kitchen or pastry environment is advantageousCertification or formal training in culinary arts or baking is a plusStrong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
