Job Role: Flexcube Technical Consulting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementations and migration projects.
  • Provide technical consulting on FLEXCUBE modules, including OBCL, OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, FCUBS-Core, and ELCM.
  • Implement and design microservice-based products like OBLO, OBTFPM, OBCFPM, and external REST services.
  • Design and develop core banking solutions with a focus on analytical data models for Oracle FLEXCUBE.
  • Manage end-to-end solution architecture of Oracle FLEXCUBE (version 14.5+).
  • Ensure smooth migration of FLEXCUBE from lower to higher versions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ensuring compliance with architectural and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with offshore development and support teams for customization and patch delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementations.
  • Expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE versions 14.5 and above, including knowledge of OBCL, OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, FCUBS-Core, and ELCM.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, and basic Unix shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integration.
  • Experience in installation, interface management (e.g., ATM, queues, APIs), and customization of FCUBS and OBMA.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Banking extensibility (OBX) and proficiency in ELCM and related modules.
  • Experience as a data modeler, with the ability to prepare Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams.
  • Expertise in designing and developing data warehouses using RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL) and PL/SQL.
  • At least 2 core banking implementation projects related to data warehouses.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of EMS, Flexml, STP, and Debug Capture processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, and Unix shell scripting.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing microservices and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with backup/restore operations, source control tools, and deployments.
  • Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional and Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in performing knowledge transfer at the end of assignments.
