Position Overview:


As the HR , you will play a pivotal role in the success of our organization by managing both human resources and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, overseeing administrative operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.

·        Job advertisements are posted on various job portals including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

·        Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and performance evaluations.

·        Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

·        Manage administrative tasks, such as coordinating office supplies, Bookkeeping & Account works, handling correspondence, and organizing company events.

·        Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success.

·        Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives and projects.

·        Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.


Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Previous experience in HR and/or administrative roles within the e-commerce industry preferred.

·        Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

·        Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
