Role Overview:

Multiplier AI, a prominent player in the global AI landscape, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will spearhead the migration from AWS Stack to Google Cloud Big Query and contribute significantly to the development and deployment of cutting-edge deep learning technologies. Your primary focus will be on leveraging vast datasets, including consumer location data, to predict purchases within a 24-hour window. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work closely with a top-tier AI team led by industry experts and veterans from the world's leading AI programs.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Migration to Google Cloud Big Query: Lead the migration process from AWS to Google Cloud Big Query, ensuring seamless transition and optimal utilisation of resources.

2. Deep Learning Model Development: Collaborate with our AI team to develop and implement advanced deep learning models for predicting consumer behaviour, leveraging first-party app data, location data, and third-party data sources.

3. Data Engineering: Design and implement robust data pipelines for processing and analyzing large-scale datasets, with a specific focus on consumer location analytics.

4. Scaling Predictive Models: Architect scalable solutions for handling millions of customer predictions, ensuring high performance and reliability at scale.

5. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, driving innovation and excellence in data engineering practices.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business objectives.


Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

2. Deep Learning Expertise: Strong background in machine learning, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying deep learning models. Previous experience in location prediction is highly desirable.

3. Data Handling Skills: Proficiency in handling large-scale datasets, with experience in data engineering for consumer location analytics. Familiarity with Google Cloud Big Query is a plus.

4. Programming Skills: Advanced programming skills in Python are essential. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is highly desirable.

5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

6. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a startup environment is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting.

8. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, drive results, and mentor junior team members.
