Human Resources Manager

Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, ensuring that our company attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support in hiring processes.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring that it is fair, consistent, and aligned with company goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Identify and address performance issues, providing coaching and development plans as needed.
- Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various topics, including leadership, technical skills, and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure equity and fairness.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and senior management.
- HR Strategy and Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and programs.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on organizational development and change management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of [5-7] years of HR experience, with at least [3] years in a managerial role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
