Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team. The TPM will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and bridging the gap between technical and business teams. This role demands strong leadership, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams to align project goals and priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and updates.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment.

Risk Management:

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and address potential roadblocks that may impact delivery timelines or quality.

Technical Leadership:

  • Understand technical architecture and dependencies to anticipate potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and provide guidance.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Drive efficiency and scalability in program execution.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical domain.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, or hardware systems.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Project Management Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
