About the Role - Position: Manager - Business Development Job Location: Noida Experience: 8-12 years, must have worked in transformer industry. Qualifications: Diploma/B. Tech Electrical Responsibilities Generation of enquiry from industry Tracking budget and capex of transmission companies and their capex and floating of new tenders Vendor Approval and factory approval with private clients and industries Tracking Tenders quoted and converting them to best possible situation to winning Contract Management of all orders and their collection including bill submission, tracking and collection of MRC from zones and sites Tracking EPCs and Contractors and extracting enquiry from them, followed by relationship building and converting opportunities to order Competition and market intelligence Creating brand awareness of TAL in the Market and creating a positive image and footprint with all customers, qualitatively and also by exponentially growing the business. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Required Skills Having past experience of Sales & marketing of Power Transformer industries Responsible for End to End Sales, Contract Management and Collection for all Customers in North India The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers
