Position Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist at C Electric, who will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities in the sale of electric vehicle components to vehicle manufacturers. This role requires a deep understanding of the electric vehicle component market, strong capabilities in fostering strategic relationships with vehicle manufacturers, and a drive to push forward our mission of advancing sustainable transport solutions.


Skills Required:

• Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of electric vehicle components, including batteries, motors, and drivetrain systems.

• The ability to identify potential customers, develop relationships with them, and sell products or services to them.

• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive manufacturing industry.

• Sales Proficiency: Experience with B2B sales, including contract negotiation, proposal development, and complex sales cycles specific to automotive components.

• Technical Communication: Ability to communicate technical details effectively to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Market Analysis: Skilled in conducting market analysis and utilizing data to drive business strategy and decision-making.

• Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying value propositions clearly and compellingly to senior decision-makers.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in the sales process and client management.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.

• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results.


Job Responsibilities:

• Targeted Business Development: Identify and seize opportunities specifically for electric vehicle component sales to vehicle manufacturers, tailoring strategies to the nuances of this sector.

• Manufacturer Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers to understand their needs and offer fitting solutions from C Electric's component portfolio.

• Technical Liaison: Serve as the bridge between vehicle manufacturers and C Electric’s engineering teams to ensure that product offerings align precisely with client specifications and quality requirements.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis to track advancements in electric vehicle technologies and competitor strategies to keep C Electric at the forefront of industry developments.

• Sales Strategy Execution: Execute sophisticated sales strategies designed to penetrate the electric vehicle manufacturing market, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.


Education qualification:

Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma-related field.


Travel Requirement:

Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business demands.
