At FinBox you will be redesigning the banking rails for the world as we are committed to building the next-gen embedded finance infrastructure that helps enterprises launch FinTech offerings in hours.
Join our team in this B2B2C role to transform how companies deliver credit (personal loans, BNPL, etc.) through personalized and instantaneous experiences to customers. The engine behind this transformation is FinBox's low-code tool and an API platform that empowers companies to quickly release new world-class products to their customers in months instead of years.
## About the Job
An Implementation Manager in FinBox will be responsible for overseeing the development & deployment of FinBox’s products (COTS or customized) and services in our customer’s environments. They ensure that projects are executed smoothly from start to finish, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
As an Implementation Manager, you are going to showcase your exceptional product knowledge and foster client relationships by delivering product demonstrations and responding to technical queries. You will be also responsible for testing existing integration with other vendors as per requested by the client. Your grit toward solving complexities and staying decisive can help us democratize finance.
## How You'll Contribute
Design and architect technical solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives
Collaborate with internal & external teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
Develop implementation plans and strategies, considering scalability, performance, and security
Configure and customize software applications to meet client specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation and post-implementation phases
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process
Collaborate with developers to develop and test customizations, extensions, and integrations
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enable clients to effectively use the implemented solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical discussions
**Who You Are**
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering
3+ years of experience in implementing complex solutions in the Fintech space (especially Lending, LOS) – project management or implementation roles
Strong Understanding of designing and leading and integration flow
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting process execution problems and rectifying the error
Great understanding of running queries using SQL and running/testing APIs using tools like Postman which can help in a smooth integration experience
Experience in maintaining and adjusting existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in client’s and internal environments
Proven leadership and team management skills with a strong acumen for analytical and problem-solving
A great negotiator with effective communication skills
Marshal the least amount of resources available and ability to multitask
