Position: Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager, your role is to guide customers through the Apty implementation process, delivering projects on time while also creating raving fans. You will serve as the liaison between the customer and Apty’s internal teams during the implementation process. This role is an integral part of our globally operating Customer Experience team and helps create the ultimate customer onboarding experience.


We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a technically innovative and fast-paced environment, with robust project management and customer-facing experience. You will be the Apty expert that pulls all the pieces together, providing best practice recommendations to ensure customers achieve high value outcomes which support their enterprise technology optimization needs.

Your primary customer community will be based in the United States, but from time to time you can also be expected to consult with customers based in EMEA, ASIA/PAC and INDIA.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage implementation project plans to achieve customer business objectives and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary and direct point of contact on all issues related to onboarding new customers and additional products.
  • Effectively set and manage customer expectations and timelines, driving regular meeting cadences.
  • Provide clear communication and documentation during the implementation cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Keep projects on schedule using impeccable project management, proactive client responsiveness and communications.
  • Maintain project data in all systems and provide project status updates.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices for the optimization of customer’s technology investments and processes through Apty utilization.
  • Serve as an Apty expert, business transformation thought leader, mentor, coach, knowledge resource, and escalation point for internal teams and customers.
  • Coordinate Apty resources and act as liaison for feature consultation and design that ensure the customer can achieve high value outcomes.
  • Work with Technical Consultants to ensure the customer’s technical queries and issues are addressed promptly during implementation.
  • Build an excellent rapport with customers and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Assist with process improvement ideation and execution.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or career equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years in project management. Experience implementing enterprise, ERP and SaaS technologies is a plus.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to manage and prioritize multiple customers/projects and work independently under pressure.
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with team members across the organization and time zones.
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative and supportive.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications: ClickUp, Wrike, Teams, MS Office, OneDrive, SharePoint.
