A keen sense of market awareness and networking ability is key to thrive in this role.Vision:To have a team lead who thinks and acts like a leader, and is simpatico with El Sol Strategic Consultants’ management in embodying our Vision, Values, and Goals.Understanding & AlignmentUnderstand ESSC’s Vision, Values, and GoalsRecognize the importance of your role in the company’s growthUnderstand brand objectives and campaign needsCampaign Strategy & ExecutionSet realistic, measurable goals for campaignsIdeate and execute influencer campaigns with credible creatorsIntegrate data and consumer insights throughout the processIdentify impactful, innovative campaigns to stay ahead of trendsConduct trend forecasting and event reportsClient & Relationship ManagementEnsure 100% client retention through consistent performanceBuild and maintain relationships with talent agencies (minimum one meeting per month)Develop a resource bank of talent agencies, stylists, and collaboratorsBuild relationships to secure better rates and collaborationsOperations & ComplianceFollow and enforce ESSC’s policies and good practices within your teamMaintain timely invoicing, payouts, and documentationEnsure contracts and all supporting paperwork are signed and filedCreate and execute quarterly roadmaps for clientsTalent Sourcing & Database ManagementTrack new and emerging SMEs, creators, and industry trendsCurate influencer lists by category, Gen Z, Gen Alpha (if applicable), Buzz, Brand Building, and SalesMaintain and update a daily/weekly influencer databaseLocation: Santacruz West/Delhi9:30am - 6:30pmMon - Fri, last Saturday working
