Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Operations to oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities in a dynamic service environment. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the service industry, with proven expertise in handling a team of 10 -15 members. A strong background in people and team management is crucial, as well as the ability to handle and engage with international clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an operations team, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of service.
  • Ensure smooth handling of international customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination for seamless operations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the team.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop strategies to address them.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in the service industry, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams of 10-15 members and achieving operational targets.
  • Experience in handling international customers, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in using operational and management software/tools.
  • Experience in process improvement, performance management, and driving operational excellence.
  • Preferred candidates from Vadodara, Gujarat, or willing to relocate.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional relationships.
