Strategic Planning & Monitoring

  • Preparing annual revenue budget plan in coordination with all stake holders and put up for management approval.
  • Monitor and control budget through PR approval tracking and related MIS to senior management.
  • Ensure prequalification of new contractors and review existing.
  • Contribute in inventory control actions decided by management time to time
  • Prepare functional monthly MIS for continual improvement

Maintenance Planning & monitoring

  • Ensure addition/update of item codes as per SOP.
  • Prepare annual / emergency shutdown plan and track it for effective compliance in desired timeline.
  • Plan centralized resources allocation of cranes, faranas and man lifters on daily basis
  • Plan Mechanical Integrity inspections & Quality assurance (MIQA) audits and monitor compliance.
  • Contribute in maintenance SOP making and or revision

Cost effective plant operation

  • Save budget cost by purchase requestion monitoring and studying utilization of existing inventory.
  • Save cost by improving item codification by value addition.
  • Save cost by optimization of mobile equipment usage across site
  • Save cost by increasing effectiveness of MIQA action.
  • Save cost by analysing SAP PM module data in terms of equipment uptime.
  • Improve and monitor contractor bill processing time cycle.
  • Save cost of outline agreements with contractors by rationalization of service codes

Quality & Safety

  • Enrich SAP PM module implementation by increasing accuracy.
  • Improve Contractor PQ score more than equal to 95%
  • Analyse contractor performance for increased safety
  • Liase with competent person for GFR compliance at site
  • Monitor quality & safety and inculcate appreciation culture by rewarding and or penalizing of contract workmen
  • Ensure zero rework in central workshop by work only after approved drawing / sketch
  • Coordinate for trade validation of incoming contract workmen

Compliance sustainability and integrity

  • Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement.
  • Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same.
  • Be responsible for ethical operation under his control.
  • Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation.
  • Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption etc.

Experience: 8 to 15 years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical, M.Tech - Mechanical
