Role Overview: 

 

As our Social Media Strategist, you’ll play a dual role: 

1. Unified Web Services: Develop and execute social media strategies to drive leads and sales for our agency. 

2. Client Projects: Create innovative social media strategies for our diverse range of clients, from lifestyle brands to professional services. 

 

You will be responsible for crafting content strategies, managing campaigns, analysing performance, and collaborating with other creatives to deliver exceptional results. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 


• Develop and implement customised social media strategies to grow Unified Web Services’ presence and drive sales. 

• Design and execute client-specific strategies for a variety of industries, ensuring alignment with their goals. 

• Create engaging, platform-specific content calendars (organic and paid) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. 

• Analyse performance metrics, generate reports, and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions. 

• Manage ad campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) to maximise ROI. 

• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. 

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns. 

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. 

 

Requirements: 


• 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy or management, preferably in an agency setting. 

• Proven track record of driving measurable results (e.g., increased sales, leads, and engagement). 

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). 

• Experience with paid ad campaigns, including budget allocation and A/B testing. 

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas tailored to different brands and audiences. 

• Analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). 

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. 

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. 

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results within UK business hours. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certifications in social media marketing, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint. 

• Experience in the digital marketing industry or with lifestyle brands. 

• Knowledge of SEO and website ranking strategies.
